GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The vast majority of polling places across northeast Wisconsin will remain closed Tuesday for the state’s February primary due to insufficient number of candidates running in local municipal, judicial and school board races.
Without enough candidates to require voters to narrow down options ahead of the April 7 general election, most communities will not hold primary elections.
