BONDUEL, WI- A structure fire early this morning caused heavy damage to a Village of Bonduel residence, but all occupants were able to escape safely.
According to the Bonduel Area Fire Department, crews were dispatched at approximately 5:40 a.m. to a report of a possible structure fire on North Cecil Street. Initial reports indicated a loud popping sound followed by smoke filling the home.
Upon arrival, firefighters confirmed that two adults and a dog had safely exited the residence. Crews entered the structure to conduct a primary search for additional occupants and to locate the source of the fire.
