Reader question: Why are Cambridge Street, Elmore [Street], and Northern [Avenue] not repaired year after year when newer roads are repaired? … I live on Bay View Drive and they did my street years ago when it didn’t need to be done … and it’s sad to see areas that are never being repaired … and Cambridge is terrible.
