APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – Appleton Police announced Wednesday that a man has been cited for vandalizing an ice sculpture that was part of a downtown event last weekend.
Police identified the man as a 21-year-old from Appleton. His name wasn’t released. Police were able to obtain images of the man through security camera footage and posted the images on the Appleton Police Department’s Facebook page.
The man turned himself in the same day the images were posted online. Police said he was cooperative with the investigation…
