GREEN BAY (WLUK) — A drug dealer who was afraid of being harmed by the cartels was arrested after police found over a dozen homemade bombs, as well as drugs and weapons, at his Green Bay home, according to a criminal complaint filed Thursday.
Kenneth Seay, 31, faces 13 counts of possession of improvised explosives, four drug possession counts and one count of maintaining a drug trafficking place.
The complaint says police learned Seay would be receiving a pound of meth through the mail at his 16th Avenue home. The U.S. Postal Service seized the package and turned it over to police. The contents tested positive for methamphetamine and cocaine…
