APPLETON (WLUK) — The Appleton Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating a missing woman.
Maureen Van Elzen, 64, was last seen leaving her residence around 10 a.m. Monday. Her family said they have not seen or heard from her since then “and this behavior is out of character for her.”
