Green Bay man’s morning oil change leads to his 7th OWI, PBT was over .3: Complaint

(WFRV) – A Green Bay man had his cash bond set at $100,000 after he was arrested for his 7th OWI.

According to a criminal complaint obtained by Local 5, 48-year-old Greg Fannin is officially charged with his 7th OWI.

On February 28, around 9:30 a.m., authorities were sent to a reckless driving complaint. The caller said Fannin was just inside an oil change store and thought he was intoxicated.
