GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The CP Telethon, known as the longest-running local telethon in the country, wrapped up its 72nd year with a big showing.
The final total was $1,373,332, which CP says will go directly to support its programs and service locations across Northeast Wisconsin.
In a single moment, two days of fundraising all came down to one number: $1.373 million.
The 72nd annual CP Telethon wrapped Sunday after a 10-hour broadcast on WBAY-TV 2, capping a weekend that began Saturday with a two-hour livestream on the CP website.
