The Green Bay City Council recently approved updating the city’s regulations for short-term rentals, but the final rules are less restrictive than what officials had been considering last year.
Last week, the council approved changes to the city’s short-term rental ordinance requiring clearer house rules for guests, including information about parking regulations, on-street parking restrictions and noise requirements.
The changes also require more information in short-term rental permit applications and will create an online map showing rental locations and owner contact information…
