A Madison-based craft brewery is working to finalize a deal to open a new taproom and more in downtown De Pere.
One Barrel Brewing Co.’s tentative plan includes a taproom, brewery, event space and standalone restaurant. The brewery’s efforts, after months of work, have coalesced around a plan to purchase and renovate the longtime home of The Abbey Bar, 303 Reid St.
