TOWN OF NEENAH, Wis. (WBAY) – Drivers on Larsen Road say a newly repaved stretch of road between Clayton Avenue and County Highway CB is producing an audible humming sound — and some say it has them questioning whether something is wrong with their vehicles.
Madalyn Vandenberg, who graduated from Neenah High School in 2025, said she drove on Larsen Road regularly both before and after the reconstruction.
“You would think it’s in a better condition than what it is, so you go over it, and it’s just like a hummm, and I’m like ooh, I don’t think a road should be doing that for it being brand new,” Vandenberg said…
