Blinding snow and powerful gusts are making it nearly impossible for firefighters to fully contain a fire at Green Bay Converting on Monday morning.
Crews were called to the facility, located near the 2200 block of Larsen Road, shortly after 9 a.m. Reports indicate flames are being fueled by the harsh winter conditions, with winds driving the fire toward nearby buildings.
