GREEN BAY (WLUK) — The leader of Newcap, who was on administrative leave amid allegations the organization has been misusing taxpayer money, is no longer employed by the organization.
A “letter of reference” from Newcap board of directors chairperson Sandra Polarek states Cheryl Detrick’s last day with the organization was March 6 and her salary at the time of departure was $205,234.
