GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – A 42-year-old Hobart man accused of selling drugs that led to a fatal overdose in 2023 was in court on Tuesday.
Court records show Luis Aguirre attended the hearing via Zoom while in custody at the Brown County Jail with his attorney present, as an additional trial date was set.
A new final pre-trial hearing was set for July 20 at 10:30 a.m. A three-day jury trial is set for July 22, July 23 and July 24 at 8:15 a.m. each day.
