It’s been five months since El Jaripeo Mexican Restaurant in Menasha got new owners, and since then, the business has undergone several changes.
The restaurant, 890 Lake Park Road, now goes by the name El Palenque Mexican Gastropub. Its new owner, Griselda Rivera, said the goal for the restaurant is to provide fresh ingredients and exceptional customer service.
While the name is the biggest change for the business, there are also changes to the restaurant’s menu, which will still focus on Mexican cuisine…
