Brown County Recovering From 2nd-Worst Winter Storm in its History

While Blizzard Elsa’s snowfall totals ranged from 20 to 30 inches across most of the county, the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, along with other emergency and essential services, worked throughout the storm to protect the community and provide assistance. Severe weather conditions made response efforts more difficult than usual.
