A new Japanese-cuisine restaurant is opening this spring.
Sushi Takumi & Grill, 875 Lombardi Ave. in Green Bay, is expected to open in the former Koko’s Sushi Bar and Lounge at the end of April. Joyce Wu, owner of the property, said the new restaurant will be owned and managed by Andy Yang, an experienced restaurateur from Ripon.
“Andy has managed several sushi restaurants in Ripon and other parts of Wisconsin,” Wu said. “I visited his restaurant in December and the food was very, very good.”…
