HOWARD, Wis. (WFRV) – Now that much of the snow has melted and roads are far more accessible, community members are celebrating the hard work of those who made it possible.
The Village of Howard said that its Public Works team worked over 340 hours of overtime to clear the 26.1 inches of snow, marking Green Bay’s second-largest snow event.
18 staff members worked those long hours, clearing roads despite whiteout conditions and travel speeds often hovering around five miles per hour, and community members recognized those efforts…
