GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The man accused of crashing a tour bus in Green Bay appeared in court Wednesday morning for a preliminary hearing.
A judge found probable cause that Ghebry Figueroa should face trial and scheduled the next hearing for April 27.
