Evers signs two bills to aid homeless veterans

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Governor Tony Evers signed two bills into law intended to help create and fund a new program to aid homeless veterans.

This comes after the closure of the veterans’ housing and recovery program facilities in Chippewa Falls and Green Bay.
