Woman, 79, sentenced for fatal wrong-way crash on I-41

APPLETON (WLUK) — A 79-year-old woman has been sentenced to prison for a wrong-way crash on Interstate 41 that that killed one person.

Rosalie Polsin was sentenced to two years in prison and five years extended supervision for the Nov. 4, 2024, crash which killed Austin LaVicka Luehring, 27.

During her extended supervision, Polsin must attend a victim impact panel each year. She is also barred from driving during that time.
