GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The driver accused in a crash that killed a 17-year-old has pleaded not guilty in court.
A judge also denied a request to lower Douglas Proehl’s $500,000 bond.
Proehl is charged with killing Chloe Bishop and severely injuring her father while allegedly driving drunk.
