SHIOCTON, Wis. (WBAY) – Residents near the Wolf River are dealing with flooding, closed roads and evacuations as the threat of more rain has residents concerned.
At checkpoints outside Shiocton, traffic is being turned away for those not living in the village as residents deal with rising water in places that are normally dry.
