Appleton motorcyclist climbs on a vehicle’s hood, cited for disorderly conduct

APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – Police in Appleton say they recently cited a motorcyclist after he climbed onto the hood of a vehicle while confronting another driver.

According to a release from the Appleton Police Department, officers responded to a disturbance where a motorcyclist stopped abruptly in a traffic lane and began confronting a driver behind them.

Officials say the motorcyclist then positioned himself in front of the other vehicle and eventually climbed onto the hood of the other driver’s vehicle while they attempted to leave the area.
