Shiocton flooding update: Wolf River breaks all-time water levels record, more rain coming

SHIOCTON, Wis. (WFRV) – Village of Shiocton officials have provided an update on the massive flooding impacting the Village, noting that it is not improving and that the Wolf River’s water levels are at an all-time high.

Village officials say they met with multiple agencies, including the Outagamie County Emergency Management, County Supervisor Tom Nelson, Shiocton PD, Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, Wisconsin State Patrol, and other fire departments.

As of Friday morning, the Wolf River is at 15.1′, which Village officials say is an all-time record. It was also noted that the majority of Village streets are impassable, and the River has not yet crested.
