(WLUK) — With the worst of the flooding over, communities along the Wolf River are moving to a recovery phase.
A Red Cross shelter in Black Creek is closing at 4 p.m. Friday. Everyone who had been staying there has found a place to go, according to an update on the city of New London’s Facebook page.
