APPLETON (WLUK) — In response to a video posted to social media, police say an officer acted properly in using force during an incident over the weekend.
Police confirmed to FOX 11 the video they are referring to was posted to Facebook Thursday. The video’s caption says it depicts an incident early Sunday morning outside a downtown bar.
