GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Earlier this month, the city of Green Bay announced they were turning off comments and direct messaging on their official city social media pages.
The city is pivoting to a broadcast-only model where the pages are only used to make announcements. The city is asking people to contact them through official channels that are monitored by staff.
