DE PERE, Wis. (WBAY) — Thousands of people this weekend will mark the Memorial Day holiday with a trip to Voyager Park.
Celebrate De Pere kicked off today and runs through Monday. The 36th annual festival features live music, a car show and fireworks Sunday night.
