JAMESTOWN, N.C. (WGHP) — Some homeowners in the new Kinsley neighborhood off Mackay Road in Jamestown say they are struggling to get mail delivered to their new homes.
One homeowner says she was shocked after learning her address doesn’t appear in the USPS Address Management Services, which she says is having a ripple effect.

“We’ve not been able to have our addresses put in the address management system, which drives everything,” said Kim Wall, a homeowner.
