RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C. — Two Randolph County residents have been indicted on multiple felony drug charges following a May 2026 grand jury session, according to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office.
Kelly Jean Harvey, 48, and Jesse Lee Thompson, 31, were issued true bills of indictment on charges related to the distribution and trafficking of controlled substances.
Harvey was indicted on three counts of felony conspiracy to sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, two counts of felony sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance and two counts of felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for controlled substances…
