KERNERSVILLE, N.C. — A Kernersville man and woman are facing felony charges after court records connected them to a Kernersville Police investigation into the neglect of disabled adults in a home care setting.
Emmanuel Daniel-Louis White and Sydney Elise Fuller were both arrested Monday, court records show. White faces five felony counts of neglect of a disabled or elderly adult with injury, as well as a felony conspiracy charge. Court records allege White, acting as a caretaker, failed to provide medical and hygiene care to five disabled adults. The conspiracy charge alleges he worked with Fuller to commit the neglect. Records further allege the victims suffered mental injury.
Fuller is charged with felony aid and abet. Her charging document alleges she helped or encouraged White and that the adults in the home were left unsupervised…
