WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A large gathering of people, including teens, flowed into downtown streets on Wednesday night.
Winston-Salem police responded to several calls about large gatherings in areas on North Liberty Street, Sixth Street, Trade Street and Seventh Street.
