Two men were arrested after the sheriff’s office said that they stole multiple items from Tractor Supply.
Deputies began the initial investigation after responding to the store on Yadkinville Road at 3:44 p.m. in reference to a recent larceny, according to a release from the Davie County Sheriff’s Office. The complainant reportedly told deputies that a man put multiple items under his shirt and then left in a black Nissan Altima without paying, setting off the anti-theft alarm.
Deputies reportedly located the Nissan Altima on Interstate 40 East at mile marker 175 and stopped it. All the stolen items were recovered in the back seat of the vehicle with the tags still on them, according to the release…
