WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — The 16-year-old who is being charged with murder in a deadly crash that killed a 61-year-old man could spend the rest of his life in prison.
16-year-old Eleazar Bernadino Medina is being charged with second-degree murder in the death of 61-year-old Robert “Bob” Anthony Marcis. He is being charged as an adult.
