GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Burlington woman is facing two felony counts of accessory after the fact to first-degree murder, according to court documents.
Investigators say 22-year-old Samantha Batten helped D’Monte Kinney and/or Xavier Hodges evade arrest by helping them escape after they killed two people on March 13, 2026.
