Family reacts after arrest in unsolved 2019 Greensboro double homicide

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Nearly seven years after two cousins were shot and killed during a home invasion at a Greensboro apartment, police have arrested a suspect in the case.

The Greensboro Police Department announced Wednesday that 33-year-old Jimmy Edward Richardson III has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and one count of first-degree burglary.
