Mom of first teen cited amid Winston-Salem curfew says she sought intervention: ‘No one was helping me’

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A Winston-Salem mother says she tried to curb her teen’s behavior long before he was cited for breaking the city’s new curfew.

Yajaira Cintron was also cited for violating the city’s Youth Protection Ordinance. The consequence is a rule that holds adults responsible.
