GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A Greensboro man is accused of exposing himself to shoppers at a store in a West Wendover Avenue plaza on Sunday.
James Bell, 44, of Greensboro, faces a felony indecent exposure to a minor charge and a misdemeanor indecent exposure charge.
Warrants allege one of two people he exposed himself to in a T.J. Maxx was a minor aged 17, and the other was over 18.
Court Appearance
