SUSSEX COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A grand jury indicted a 59-year-old man from North Carolina on additional charges after a Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) employee died and another was injured in a crash on July 1 in Sussex County.
Officials reported that on July 1 at 1:35 p.m., an International Prostar tractor-trailer hit a VDOT crash truck in the right lane of Route 460 near the intersection with George Town Road.
