GREENSBORO, N.C. — Hiring a company to build a fence isn’t cheap. A Triad couple paid $6,695 in July of 2024 for a wooden fence to be built. The fence included gate latches as well.
By April of this year, dozens of boards were warped, bowed, or curved. You could see they weren’t in line with the rest of the fence. The gate locks weren’t working properly anymore, a year and a half after installation.
The customer contacted the company, the owner texted them and said he would call them. It didn’t happen. The customer then contacted the company office, but never heard back. This went on for quite a while…
