District Attorney Jim O’Neill announced on Monday that a teenage girl in Winston-Salem was identified as one of three people watching the livestream of the shooting. O’Neill says that she published the livestream and disseminated the manifesto of the two shooters, who killed themselves after opening fire at the mosque.
