Think you know America? Furnitureland South says show us

JAMESTOWN, N.C. — As it wraps up its annual Awesome August sale, Top 100 retailer Furnitureland South is offering a one-of-a-kind Hancock & Moore leather chair to those who know America best.

The Jamestown, N.C.-based retailer is bringing its summer-long celebration of America’s 250th anniversary to a close with the Great American Challenge, an interactive quiz spotlighting what makes the United States exceptional and giving a winner the chance to take home the chair, handcrafted in North Carolina.

“We had this idea to create the contest. It’s simple quiz so people can fall in love with what this country stands for and how it works,” CEO Jeff Harris told Furniture Today. “It’s helpful for people to take some time to learn why this country is so great and all the strategies and sacrifices that went into making this country the best on the planet.”
