ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — The Alamance-Burlington School System is celebrating after data released by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction showed the district is no longer designated as “low-performing.”
The status is determined by state law and sets into motion a string of changes to try to bring schools back up to standard.
