REIDSVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) — William Hunt II, of Liberty, won a $100,000 prize this week, according to an NC Education Lottery news release.
Hunt bought his winning $50 ticket for the $8 Million Money Maker scratch-off game on Tuesday from Sam Store on U.S. 158 West in Reidsville.

He came to the lottery headquarters on Tuesday to claim his prize.
After state and federal tax withholdings, he took home $72,024.
