GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A Greensboro man was charged with multiple counts of indecent liberties with a child on Friday.
According to the Greensboro Police Department, Carroll Wayne Hinkle, 63, of Greensboro, was charged with two counts of felony soliciting a child by computer and two felony counts of indecent liberties with a child.
