GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Four people are facing charges less than a week after a deadly shooting outside the Greensboro nightclub, according to North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement.
On Thursday evening, law enforcement was spotted at The O on West Market Street bringing two people out in handcuffs. Alcohol Law Enforcement revealed Friday that four people were arrested, including Stephen Jones, 62, who owns the club.

Some of the charges were connected to Sept. 20, the night of the deadly shooting. Others were dated Sept. 18.
Jones was charged with felony maintaining a business for controlled substances, three counts of failure to superintend, three counts of allowing unlawful conduct to occur on licensed premises and allowing unlawful consumption of controlled substances to occur on licensed premises.
