GIBSONVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) — A Gibsonville man has been charged with felony hit-and-run in addition to other charges.
James R. Scheid, 58, was charged with felony hit-and-run causing serious injury or death and felony serious injury by vehicle on Tuesday.
