Rainy weekend ahead in the Triad

Wow, what a gorgeous, spring-like afternoon in the Triad! High temperatures topped out in the upper 60s this afternoon, with a high of 69 degrees. While this is abnormally warm for February, it is NOT a record high temperature… the current record is 74 degrees set in 1938.

This evening will remain warm with temperatures in the low 60s through around 8 PM. We’ll fall into the 50s overnight, remaining well above normal for February in the Triad. We’ll wake up in the low 50s Sunday morning.
