EDEN, N.C. – The North Carolina State Highway Patrol said they are investigating after a video was posted of a highway patrol vehicle recklessly driving in a Rockingham County residential neighborhood. On Saturday afternoon, around 5:30 p.m., the incident happened on Ashton Circle and Creek Ridge Drive in Eden.
